My Work
These are all projects done during my time as a Social Media and Digital Strategies major at Columbia College Chicago. The work ranges from Fall 2022 to Spring 2025.

Researched and analyzed the development of coffee consumption in the United States. Observed, documented, analyzed, and compared the behavior of coffee consumers at Starbucks stores and the Roastery on Michigan Avenue.

Identified two new locations for Starbucks Reserve Roastery (SRR). One in the USA and one internationally. Conducted consumer behavior research and developed a marketing strategy plan for the launch of two SRRs in new locations.

Created for my Social Media and Digital Strategies Foundations class, I worked in a group to research a topic and develop a code of ethics and potential content. All of the slides I worked on are initialed with "AR"

Created for my Social Media and Digital Strategies Foundations class, I worked in a group to research and develop a campaign for a failing brand. All of the slides I worked on are initialed with "AR."

For my Social Media Strategy class, I chose a business, Fair Game, and researched its social media and digital strategies, engagements, and campaigns. I evaluated what was implemented and provided my own analysis using concepts learned in class.

For the final project of my Social Media Strategy class, I developed a social media strategy that was built on my social media analysis of Fair Game.

A portfolio of public relations writings, including announcements, news releases, media advisories, pitch letters, fact sheets, and news releases. All samples were written during the Fall 2023 semester.

Created a social media campaign with a team for Cherry Mountain Arts. The event for which the campaign was intended was fictional. I was responsible for gathering information on the gallery's current audience and creating a target audience for the event. With this information, I created personas for the current and target audiences. I also chose 2 of the four influencers to be featured in the event.

Worked with a team throughout the semester to find data about College Financial Strain and create a compelling story with the information we found. We then made it into one webpage that shows our data in one short, interactive story.

During my Edit 1 class, we edited four different projects, all around 5-10 minutes long. This is my final project, where we combined all of the skills from our previous projects. This video is a scene from Gunsmoke that we were given, and we were free to edit it however we liked.

As a midterm for my Brand Strategy class, my team was assigned Harley-Davidson to revamp their Brand Strategy for a new target audience. Our team decided to target our strategy towards women. I was in charge of doing the strengths and threats portion of the SWOT analysis and creating our position statement.

For my Agency Practicum class, my team and I were assigned to work with our client Pii, which is a startup based at 1871. At the beginning of the semester, we worked on a situational analysis to get more insight into the brand, its strengths, and its competitors. I was responsible for conducting a social media audit of Pii and its main competitors.

For my Agency Practicum class, my team and I were assigned to work with our client Pii, a startup based at 1871. After meeting with our client, our team put together a creative brief of what our client was looking for and how we would deliver it.
